What candidates are you currently looking for?
We are currently expanding our team with IT specialists in the field of networking, Microsoft, IT security, Devops; consultants for various SAP modules; but we are also growing the number of non-technical positions or job offers for students. Overview of open positions.
You have a lot of experience in this field, what do you think is the ideal candidate?
There is no ideal candidate 🙂 We all have strengths and also those where there is room for improvement. And that’s how I see it in interviews as well. Expertise and experience in the subject matter is important, of course, but so is motivation, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
What does a candidate have to do in order to claim the joining bonus?
The first, and of course the most important, prerequisite is that the candidate is successful throughout the selection process. This means that it is not enough to “just” apply for the job 🙂
There are 2 further conditions to be met:
- Candidates must upload their CV for a specific position via our career portal. The link to submit will be found at the end of each open position.
- The candidate must sign the employment contract by the end of March at the latest, i.e. 31.03. 2023
